Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at sergioabrairawfr@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
